Julian Schrenzel (Owner/President/CEO)

Julian has over 15 years of experience as an ERP Recruiter, industry thought leader and public speaker. He has spoken and presented at ERP, Recruiting, and business summits throughout the US. Julian was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and has worked for DyNexus since October 2008. His early career was in the performing arts, as an actor and singer, which is how he met his wife Jenny.

Jenny Schrenzel (Owner/Treasurer/Presidential Advisor)

Jenny is a native Washingtonian, and has spent the bulk of her professional career in the performing arts as an actor, singer and musician. She also has worked as a symphony librarian and in food production and sales.

Pam Velez (Senior ERP Recruiter)

Pam currently resides in Tampa, FL (but if you listen closely, you can still detect her New Jersey roots).  She has been an IT recruiter for 15+ years and has focused in mid-market ERP recruiting for the past 11 years.

Jacob Laylon (ERP Recruiter)

Jacob was born in Central Pennsylvania and joined the military at the age of 18. He has travelled the world studying social interactions, culture diversity and international relations, with an emphasis on helping individuals grow and succeed. Before joining DyNexus Group, he came from the pediatric healthcare field with 4+ years in recruiting, staffing and business development/management.

Ben Schrenzel (Co-Founder/President Emeritus)

Ben began his career in the IT world as a programmer who worked his way to the rank of CIO, and then founded and ran a successful software company. In 1997 he and his wife, Chris, started Schrenzel Technical Staffing, which has grown to become DyNexus Group. Ben was raised in New York City.
